At BMK German Shepherd Dog kennels we breed puppies from quality European bloodlines. We breed to keep the German Shepherd Dog a working dog, particularly herding. The temperament, structure and tractability required to work are therefore the areas on which we place the most emphasis when breeding our GSDs. Second to these goals, but also important, is the actual visual appeal of the dog.

BMK German Shepherd bloodlines have a mixture of German working and quality German show dogs. We believe that as long as two extremes are avoided, the gentle mixing of these bloodlines produces dogs which have the drive and temperament (and correct conformation) to work all day and look beautiful too. Our breeding goals are strengthened by the natural facilities at our disposal. Fresh air, open countryside and mountain paths.

Our German Shepherd Dogs have high drives and pronounced herding instincts. BMK GSDs are all well socialised, raised with children and have sound nerves. Our German Shepherd Puppies are available to working or (approved) pet homes.
